About Me!
Hi, I'm Audrey.
I’m graduating from Westminster University, and this site is where I keep my field notes—ideas I’m working through, questions I don’t have clean answers to yet, and projects that sit at the intersection of endurance sport, sustainability, and everyday life. I’m drawn to systems: how cultures form, how people stay (or quietly leave), and how values show up in the structures we build. Some of what lives here is tied to triathlon, some to environmental work, and some to the space in between where those worlds overlap.
Triathlon changed my life. It gave me a sense of direction, taught me how to sit inside discomfort, and showed me what it feels like to work toward something slowly and with intention. It also made me care deeply about the environments and communities that make this sport possible. This website isn’t a résumé or a finished statement—it’s a place to think out loud, document what I’m learning, and share work as it unfolds. I’m interested in growth that’s demanding but sustainable, ambitious but grounded, and always aware of the space it takes up.
